K201 – Guided Sweater

Have you been wanting to knit a sweater, but you’ve been too scared to try? If you’ve got a few knitting projects under your belt, but you’ve been apprehensive about taking on a sweater, this is the perfect class for you!

Using Tin Can Knits’ “Flax” pattern, Dotty will be there to assist you throughout the process. We will meet for a total of 4, two hour sessions (giving you lots of work time in between sessions) to knit, work on problems, and learn what you need to know to successfully complete your first sweater. You can download Flax here or copy and paste the link from “Stuff You Need” into your browser.

Students need to bring a completed (washed and blocked) gauge swatch of at least 10 cm x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) to your first class.

Please Note: A minimum of three students is required in order for the class to proceed.
