K201 – Guided Sweater
Have you been wanting to knit a sweater, but you’ve been too scared to try? If you’ve got a few knitting projects under your belt, but you’ve been apprehensive about taking on a whole sweater, this is the perfect class for you!
You choose your sweater pattern, (we recommend not going too crazy for your first one) and your yarn. Dotty will be there to assist you throughout the process via email, as well as during class time. We will meet for a total of 5, two hour sessions (giving you lots of work time in between sessions) to knit, work on problems, and learn what you need to know to successfully complete your first sweater. Please note: Students need to bring a completed (washed and blocked) gauge swatch of at least 10 cm x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) to your first class.
A minimum of three students is required in order for the class to proceed.
- A completed gauge swatch of at least 10 cm (4 inches) square, washed and blocked
