
Housekeeping for Classes
- Classes are limited to 6 students. A minimum of 3 students is required in order for the class to run.
- Registration is confirmed when class has been paid in full.
- Unless a class is cancelled by The Loop, no cash refunds will be made. If a change is made 5 days prior to the class, then we will be happy to provide a store credit. We are only able to transfer students to a different class until 5 days before the class start date.
- By purchasing your supplies at The Loop, we are able to provide classes at a nominal cost, therefore, all supplies must be purchased in-house. Please note: students are responsible for providing their own supplies, unless otherwise stated.
- We appreciate your timely arrival. Because of scheduling we will not be able to hold the classes for late arrivals.
- A 10% discount will be provided for class materials.
- You must be able to meet the minimum skills criteria to register for a class or workshop. If it is determined that you require more assistance than is offered in a class, the teacher may move you into a more appropriate class at her discretion.
- Beginner students may not register for more than one “major” class at the same time.
- Our instructors have a set of skills they need to teach you, and a finite amount of time in which to do it, if you are unable to attend the first class of a 101 class, we ask you to please register for a different session as catching up one person will take time away from the other students. Please discuss any other absences with your instructor.
